At PuppyPad, we want you and your furry companion to love every outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Our goal is to ensure a perfect fit and complete satisfaction for every stylish pup in our community.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of pet hair and signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
